Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Hospitality Manager to oversee the hospitality operations of our remote properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while supporting our properties globally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hospitality operations for remote properties, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest activities.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable standards of service and quality throughout all interactions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise remote hospitality staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellence in performance.
- Monitor property performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to promote and enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations, ensuring cost-effective practices and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in hospitality management, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel occasionally as needed.
