Strong communicator and service oriented Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency Sense of humor, positive and friendlyDUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Learn the service flow and assist servers deliver excellent service Deliver food to the proper guest every time utilizing seat numbers. Perform table maintenance and detailing during operational hours. Assist the servers in all aspect of the front and back of the house functions Assist with setup and breakdown of the restaurant Adhere to all La Colombe d'Or policies and procedures Maintain an impeccably clean work environment that includes all guest and service areas in the restaurant.
