They are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience working with CMOs and VPs Marketing, helping them to get the most out of MarTech SaaS products.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with Mid to Enterprise level customers, demonstrating & enhancing the value proposition of their marketing analytics platform.
  • Drive success with the product via QBRs and regular customer strategy meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Strong technical ability with customer-facing communication skills.


Requirements:

  • Experience working with marketing technology or sales technology SaaS
  • Strong understanding of marketing software and the challenges faced by marketing leaders in attributing ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to wear many hats, with pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities
