**Lighting Sales Associate - Capital Lighting**
Lewis Center, OH, USA Req #332 Monday, February 28, 2022 **This position will work out of our Capital Lighting showroom on Polaris Pkwy.**
As a Lighting Sales Associate at Capital Lighting, the selected candidate will be tasked with the following organizational accountabilities:
1. The Capital Lighting Showroom Experience
2. The Capital Lighting Showroom Process/Systems
3. The Capital Lighting Showroom Growth & Sales
Responsibilities
Manage Customer experience.
Champion the Customer at all levels internally and externally.
Acquire a thorough understanding of Customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with Customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to Customers in a timely manner.
Follow up with and learn from the Customers at all times.
Hourly wage + Commission + SPIFFS
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday - 9:30am to 5:30pm ; Sunday - 11:30am to 5:30pm
Thursdays and Fridays - Off
Skills/Qualifications
- Have earned a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Sales and Customer Service
Experience working in retail environment
