Job Details
- Ensures that all service and check control procedures are followed.
- Demonstrates a courteous and pleasant attitude to all our guests.
- Ensures sanitation compliance and guidelines.
- Supervises service and performance of all Food & Beverage service personnel.
- Responsible for station rotations.
- Resolves guest complaints.
- Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable.
- Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness.
- Responsible for maintaining all service standards.
All other duties as assigned.
