Real Estate & Foreclosure Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings in various counties throughout the state
• Manage files and monitor cases to meet deadlines
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Conduct legal research
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation
• Knowledge of Black Knight and FNMA guidelines a plus
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university
• Licensed to practice in the State of Arizona
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
