Overview
This is a union carpentry position that will be responsible for various facility maintenance in the field of carpentry.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $31.00 - $33.90.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of doors, hardware, millwork, seats, furniture, and associated equipment.
- Knowledge of essential tools and equipment used in the field of carpentry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
- Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
- Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance for carpentry related projects.
- Must be familiar with OSHA requirements.
- Track daily productivity via allocation sheets, daily logs and micro main.
- Clearly, effectively and timely communicate work issues with management.
- Performs skilled locksmith duties, from replacing and/or repairing locks to cutting keys and installing door closures, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in general carpentry installation and repair of doors, millwork, and related building systems.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent recommended.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to report emergencies as needed.
- Must have open availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Experience with electronic preventive maintenance programs preferred.
