With more than 15 years of design experience, Megan Gorelick is recognized for her coastal projects, especially in Avalon and Stone Harbor, NJ. While the size and scope of the projects vary, the company's sweet spot is residential ground-up construction and full renovations.

The position is full time and in-person in the Delaware studio. No design experience is necessary.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They are a highly motivated self-starter with a strong worth ethic, team-oriented approach, and high integrity. They are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. In this role, the Operations Manager will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across departments
- Run and review appropriate reports to monitor the business and work with the team on changes as needed
- Assist upper management with priority projects
- Communicate ideas between upper management and the team
- Lead human resources responsibilities, including recruiting and employee training & development
- Lead team meetings and 1x1s with direct reports
- Hold self and team accountable to completion of all assigned tasks
- Manage system and software connectivity and updates
- Proactively design and implement procedures to improve productivity and employee morale
- Other duties as assigned
