**What You Need:**
Ability to pass a background and drug screen
6 -10 years previous managerial experience
Prior tire sales experience a plus
Valid drivers lic; no DUIs or more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yrs

Manage overall store performance
Maximize sales growth and profitability
Establish, communicate, and maintain sales & service objectives

Follow policies and procedures
Ensure execution of customer service standards
Enforce all company-issued policies & procedures
Ensure compliance on loss prevention, safety, environmental codes, and laws
Monitor operations for proper corporate image
Monitor shop productivity, workflow, and procedures
Emphasize efficiency, effectiveness, & safety
Protect company assets (inventory, cash accounts, receivables, equip & real estate)
Lead, direct, and instruct team members
Assign and supervise duties, tasks, and responsibilities
Lead company culture through reward, motivation, counseling, and discipline
Recruit, hire, train and develop your team for success
Ensure proper daily operations; invoice review, bank deposits, clean-up, restocking, and store displays
Ensure weekly operations; shift scheduling, timecard review/approval, p-card statement, and new accounts
Ensure monthly operations; performance reports, employee and manager safety meetings
Perform physical requirements as listed in the job description
