**Hours:** Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm; Friday 8am-6pm

**Location:** Weatherford

The Customer Service Representative/Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive impression of the company by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a positive and professional manner that reflects the companys commitment to service beyond expectations. Provides callers and visitors with relevant information and directs them to the appropriate party while ensuring company security is maintained. Assists customers with opening accounts, processing check orders, ordering debit card, general maintenance on existing accounts, and other account related duties as needed. Also responsible for a variety of administrative tasks relevant to the reception area.

**Essential Functions**

**Open new accounts and cross sell bank products and services:**

* Greet customer and make personal introduction.

* Explain various account options for checking, savings, certificates of deposit, safe deposit and Individual Retirement Accounts.

* Probe for pertinent financial information to assess customers needs and guide customer to best product.

* Input customer information and prepare required documentation to open the new account.

* Review and explain required account documentation with customer and obtain their signature.

* Place check orders for customer.

* Order debit cards for customer.

* Enter customer information into On-Line Banking database.

**Provide customer service to bank customers and employees**:

* Respond to routine inquiries regarding bank products and services for both customers and employees. These inquiries are made in person, via the telephone or by mail.

* Prepare replacement signature cards per customer request.

* Accept change of address per customer request.

* Place stop payment orders on checks per customer request.

* Close checking, savings, certificates of deposit, safe deposit box and Individual Retirement Accounts.

* Process requests for e-statements.

* Accept wire transfers.

* Process IRA contributions and distributions.

* Prepare Affidavits of Forgery, Forged Endorsement and Fictitious Check.

* Offer Notary service.

**Receptionist work:**

* Consistently projects a positive, professional image of the bank using proper business etiquette either in person or by telephone.

* Answers incoming telephone calls, ascertains callers needs and/or the subject of their calls and transfers them to the proper department or person; takes accurate messages as necessary and ensures delivery to intended party. May answer basic questions about the organization and/or company locations.

* Greets visitors, determines nature of business of the visit, answers visitors questions, monitors visitors access, announces visitors/directs them to the appropriate person or department ensuring security and tactfulness.

* Performs a variety of general administrative tasks at or near the reception area, such as completing forms, maintaining files, light typing, stuffing envelopes, and maintaining the appearance of the reception area.

* Maintains supplies for reception desk and other assigned areas.

* May coordinate pickup and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (i.e.: FedEx, UPS, couriers, etc.) and arrange for courier service as needed.

* May manage conference room scheduling.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**

* High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent.

* Minimum one year retail customer service or banking experience.

* Good personal computing skills, including Microsoft Office

* Excellent math and calculator skills.

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.

* Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and high level of accountability.
