Shifts:

35 hrs/wk., shifts 9:00am - 4:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm and days vary including weekends and holidays, rotating schedule Sunday through Saturday,

Salary:

$14.93 to $18/hour based on merit and past experience.

OT is possible at $22.40 to $27/hr.

The company will provide housing as available, or assist the employee in securing non- Company, third party housing if Company housing is unavailable upon arrival for work. Housing will be $250 - $600 per pay period deducted from the bi-monthly paycheck, depending on the price of available housing. The security deposit will be $300, deducted at $50/pay period until satisfied. The deposit, less any damages that are not the result of normal wear and tear, will be returned with their final paycheck following the final walk-through.

Duties:

* Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh

Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients

Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods

Present, garnish and arrange final dishes

Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes

Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching and light sweeping. Must be able to communicate in and read recipes in English.

No education, training, or experience is required. Will Train.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Wages will be paid bi-monthly. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

The cost to workers for transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed by a company check separate from payroll if the worker completes 50% of the employment period. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $13.17 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.
