Sales Coordinator Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Coordinator at YouTheFan located in Warsaw, IN. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, assisting with order processing, data entry, new item setups for customers, coordinating with internal departments, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales or customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; formulas, pivot tables and V-lookups
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the sports merchandising industry is a plus
