Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage all Parts Sales functions and build a growing, thriving business unit. The ideal candidate for this role proactively seeks continuous improvement, maintains a growth mindset, applies critical thinking to understand business needs, is passionate about building the parts business unit, and is committed to remove barriers to achieve the future vision. This is a full-time, in-person role, located in Boise Idaho.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and manage part sales team to achieve sales targets
- Translate the company vision into a meaningful part sales vision and provide the resources needed
- Forecasting and collaboration with supply chain
- Develop pricing strategy to maintain margin goals
- Measure and continuously refine parts sales strategy
- Continuously increase value to customers through feedback loops (internal & external) creating long-term relationships and profitability
Previous Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a sales leadership position
- Experience building a business unit, preferably in coordination with leadership vision
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, time management, and analytical skills
- Effective communication (various modalities)
- Collaboration at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
- Experience in the agriculture equipment industry, parts sales, or related field, preferred
- Some travel may be required (less than 15% of the time)
Salary range is OTE, depending on experience and performance. Salary is a mix of base and commission.
