We are seeking a self-motivated, energic, and results-oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. This Sales Position will be concentrated on New Construction business. If you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day to day basis.

The Sales Representative is responsible for contributing to the company revenue and helps maximize the profitability of G5 Enterprises (representing all brands) by the implementation of strategic and tactical marketing programs. The position will act as a sales warrior by spending most of their time driving sales through prospecting and referrals. The Sales Representative performs the essential functions of the position, which include using established sales strategies to identify, pursue, and win business opportunities. This position requires knowledge of successful sales, negotiation techniques, and an enthusiastic attitude.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

* A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.

* A minimum of two years of sales experience is required.

* A minimum of one year of experience using Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

* An associate degree in business or related field and sales aptitude is preferred, and it may be substituted for sales experience.

* Prior knowledge of soffit, siding, and gutters is preferred.

* A valid driver's license and ability to be covered under the Company's automobile insurance is required.

* The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening is required.

**POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**

* Knowledge of the construction industry including laws, regulations, and best practices.

* Knowledge of effective sales and marketing practices.

* Knowledge of soffit, siding, and gutters.

* Knowledge of basic mathematics to solve problems.

* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

* Skilled in professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion.
