Description
A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A+++ service in 40+ states.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE
Must have 2+ years verifiable experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor;
Must be able to commute to office located in Aventura FL. This is not a remote position.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;
Good understanding of banking computer software DU, LP and MS Office;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills;
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
YOU'RE GOING TO
Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;
Submit files to the designated Underwriter;
Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;
Follow up with clients to verify important information.

COMPENSATION
Base salary $40K to $58K depending on experience. Additional per file bonus based on performance after 90 days.
This is an on-site position only at our office in Aventura, FL.
