SUMMARY:
We offer world-class Metal forming, Assembly and Finishing for a wide variety of industries including Automotive and Appliance. We have approximately 250 team members and three manufacturing facilities in Kentucky. Our facilities boast 36 stamping presses, a state-of-the-art powder coating line, robotic welding, cosmetic stainless-steel finishing and numerous assembly operations.
Precision Metal Works has an immediate opening for Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling PMW s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on our products and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
- Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 6-8 years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED:
- Sales experience in the metal stamping industry
