Employment Solutions is partnering with a successful local company to hire an Area Manager Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Specialists for a Janitorial Division in Palm Beach County. This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

Salary range: $45,000 $55,000 per year
Details:
- Fluency in Spanish / English
- 2nd shift: 3 pm 12 midnight
- Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff, ensuring that all assigned locations are cleaned to company standards
- Develop cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or requests
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets, inspection reports, and incident documentation
- Exceptional customer service: build relationships, communicate well with employees and customers
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, gas card and Sun pass benefit
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
- 3-5 years experience in janitorial management
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with budgets, P/L, forecasting
- Knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, floor care, etc.
- Proficient with technology: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Time clock
- Love problem-solving, multi-tasking
