Opportunity:
This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, based in Austin, Texas (W. 12th Street), as a Recruitment manager within the permanent staffing team. You would be responsible for the management of a small team while also running a book of clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of permanent recruitment experience working at a staffing agency
- Experience managing a small team of recruiters
- Full desk recruitment experience - working clients and candidates
- Permanent staffing experience is required
- Healthcare staffing experiences is preferred
- Knowledge of US Healthcare Staffing
- Experience in training, developing and leading a successful team of recruiters
- Experience reporting to Leadership/C-Suite and being accountable for team s performance
- Extensive experience working in highly targeted fast paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing or start up organization
