CAF is looking for positive individuals with strong customer service skills to join its growing "family" at the ground floor. Healthcare industry experience NOT required. The right candidate understands how others think, and knows how to work with people to solve problems. They are always friendly, but know how to be firm. They expect the best work from themselves and thrive in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outstanding customer service to hospital patients.
Process payments from hospital patients for services rendered.
Set up affordable payment plans, check insurance eligibility, and process charity applications as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
**Bi-lingual (strong English & Spanish) a MUST.**
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
Excellent oral communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a steady flow of incoming calls.
High comfort level with computers and computer programs.
40+ wpm.
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):
1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Experience in a Retail environment.
Experience in a Call Center environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$15.00/hr. base + monthly BONUS opportunities. Paid training, vacation, holidays, and monthly bonus opportunities after successful completion of 90-day probation. 401k after first year of service.
