- 1st shift, M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Assembly technicians assemble all of facets of equipment including sheet metal parts and electrical components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Export wiring knowledge required
- Test equipment to make sure it meets customer specs
- Expeirence with micrometers, calipers, and verniers.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good mechanical skills
- Able to organize and complete multiple assignments while working under time constraints.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Must have strong work ethic and a high energy level.
- Self-starter: bias for action, results and detail oriented.
- Basic Computer skills required
- Ability to work with a diversified work force.
Essential Physical Functions:
- Heavy lifting required.
- Regularly required to stand, bend and reach.
- Work performed in a fast paced, shop environment
