Senior Backend Java Developer
Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
12 month contract with extensions
MUST BE STRONG IN DEVELOPING MICROSERVICES APPLICATION SPRING BOOT & JAVA AND REST API.
Experience in JAVASCRIPT is a plus / not required
Position Summary:
- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing microservice applications using Spring Boot, Java and J2EE frameworks
- Experience in building highly scalable and responsive applications.
- Strong knowledge in creating reusable APIs, REST and Web Services Experience with Cloud services, including Spring Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
- Strong exposure to working in Agile, Scaled Agile based development environments
- Strong experience in MongoDB, Amazon DB and Oracle database
- Working knowledge in Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Test driven Development
