**Job Summary**

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible to work with the Sales Team to provide necessary support for the regional sales managers. The goal is to simplify the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide support for the regional account managers

* Timely triaging and assigning inbound inquiries from customers to the correct account manager based on region

* Complete administrative tasks including aircraft registration changes, address changes, contact changes, invoice requests and entering them into the Aircraft Profile Management database

* Providing excellent customer service; proper phone and email etiquette required

* Handle the processing of credit card payments with accuracy and timeliness

* May be assigned sales leads dependent upon workload

* Collaborate with finance to resolve billing issues that may arise

**Requirements**

* BS/BA preferred

* Fluent Spanish preferred

* Familiarity with CRM tools similar to Salesforce or Acumatica is preferred

* Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)

* Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

* A team player with high level of dedication

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Open mind and a willingness to learn

* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced innovative environment
