Job Title: Part-Time Security Ambassador
Reports to: Security Director
Department: Security
Location: Union League Liberty Hill (800 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate, and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Manage traffic and member / guest arrivals at the main entrance gate.
• Open doors for all members and guests. Familiarize members by name and greets them in that manner.
• Building patrol checks
• Responds to all alarm, to include fire, burglar, and other security alarm activation
• Responds to assist with any emergencies such as medical incidents or falls.
• Make notification to 911 for emergency responders and assist first responders and managers during incidents.
• Offer assistance to any member or guest, such as directions, call for assistance with golf equipment, boxes, bags, etc ..
• Clean your surroundings using proper cleaning materials.
• Maintain the Daily activity log for all deliveries, incidents, or other events or activities
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
• Responsible to complete "Incident Reports"
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on the property.
• Communicates with team members prior to the beginning of the shift to review policy and procedure changes, pertinent information from previous shifts, upcoming special events, and job-related information.
• Answering phone calls and radio operation ability
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Enforce the dress code policy.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Skills and Requirements:

• Exhibits professionalism, logical thinking, ability to perform tasks assigned during shift.
• Excellent verbal skills along with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, and some related security experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Working knowledge of computer technology and some knowledge of CCTV is helpful.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good Customer and Communication Skills: Communication is very important when it comes to both food and beverage department and Golf
• Crisis Management Skills: remaining calm during an incident, assisting managers and staff in response to emergency incidents.
