**Front-Line Sales Representative**
**Department:** Front Line Sales **Office:** Myrtle Beach Sales Office
**Location:** North Myrtle Beach, SC
**Purpose**
The Front-Line Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
* Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
* Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
* Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
* All other duties as assigned
**General Statement** - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
**Job Requirements**
**Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:**
* High School diploma/GED referred
* Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:**
* Maintain a high level of professionalism
* Excellent customer services kills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible schedule
* Ability to travel Road Shows
**Shift**: Weekends and holidays are required
* Regular Hours and Weekend
