IT Support Analyst


The Support Analyst is a full-time member of the Envision Endearment Team focused on delivering the best IT User Experience for Envision as a Service (EaaS) clients. You are the direct line of communication for customer end users that are seeking help in making technology an enabler to their daily work. In addition to direct end user support, you will perform administration on back-end systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Servers, Citrix, Networking and a variety of system security and protection tools. As a key member of the overall Envision Family, you are passionate about Making. Awesome. Work!


Qualification and Skill Requirements:

  • Eager to effectively help customers seeking technology support
  • Real world experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Servers, and/or Networking. Citrix experience a plus
  • Intrinsically motivated
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Task Highlights:

  • Manage customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, looping-in and escalating as needed
  • Collaborate with other Envision teams on new customer or internal projects
  • Determine and execute changes to hardware, software, applications, and/or systems
  • Prioritize tasks, seek collaboration and assistance when needed
  • Continuous team and self-improvement through training, mentoring, and sharing
