Job Summary:
Performs various tasks related to accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of materials by part number and quantity used in the manufacture of golf and utility vehicles. Utilizes electronic media to record material receipts, location and movements by part number and quantity for inventory and location records. Utilizes various types of material handling equipment to perform job functions. Stages parts from supermarkets into bins and carts per a pull report or other instructions and delivers carts to point of use as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Using material handling equipment, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks, between locations, and delivers to supported shops.
  • Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
  • Determines accurate material quantities by hand counting, use of counting scales, and use of vendor labels on sealed containers.
  • Uses bar code computers to receive material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers;
  • Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.
  • Satisfies demands of internal customers to include the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to or from the supported shop. Delivers high priority materials ahead of routine materials previously requested.
  • Consolidates parts by part number within the warehouse as directed.
  • Complies with domestic and international shipping requirements to include laws, rates and paperwork requirements for parcel shipments.
  • Utilizes computer equipment for data entry, data retrieval, and analysis of data to solve work-related problems, and communicate with other associates.
  • Assists with the training of warehouse associates and co-associates as directed by the team leader.
  • Stages parts from supermarkets into bins and carts per a pull report or other instructions and delivers carts to point of use.
  • Performs housekeeping as assigned.


Sunday- Thursday 10:00pm- 6:30am
Additional $1.50 per hour Shift Differential
