Responsibilities
Onboarding Process:
Background Check - Satisfactory results of a background check will be part of the process
Licensing - A General Lines Property and Casualty, and Life, Accident, and Health license is required prior to the appointment as a Farmers Agent
Finger Printing required
Agent Appointment with Farmers
Four Week Agent Training with the University of Farmers
Qualifications
Driven, strong communication, aptitude for sales and/or management
Acquire active property and casualty and life and health licenses
No license or prior insurance experience is required to apply
$100,000 in qualified assets for some appointment programs
Successfully complete the University of Farmers agent training program
Compensation
$200k to $350k Per Year
