We are currently seeking a Japanese and English Bilingual Customer Service for a Japanese logistics company located in the Portland Metropolitan area! The ideal candidate will have a few years of work experience in an international business setting and a willingness to learn! *Training will be provided *Entry welcome!
**Position: Customer Service**
**Industry:** Logistics/ Import/ Export
**Location:** Hillsboro, OR / Portland Metropolitan Area
**Languages:** Japanese and English a MUST
**Pay:** $15/hr ~ 18/hr (Depending on your experience)
**Status:** Full time + Great benefits
**Duties**
* Answer inquiries from customers via phone and emails
* Provide customers price quotations
* Create and file documents
* Arrange and schedule documents per clients request
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of work experience preferred
* Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
* Excellent communication skills
