Based in our Upper East Side location in New York City, the Studs Sales Associate will be at the ground level of building and developing the most unique ear piercing and shopping experience. You are the ultimate ambassador of our brand. Your main objectives will be to provide amazing customer experience and drive sales.

**Salary:** $22/hour

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as a brand ambassador: educate and delight our customers with the magic of Studs.

* Deliver an incredible experience that continues beyond the store visit.

* Greet customers, demonstrate thorough product knowledge, and operate POS/check out.

* Manage appointment flow maximizing optimal customer experience.

* Assist with inventory management and visual display.

* Grow and develop our customer base through one-on-one interactions in store and during special events, with a focus on exceptional service.

* Problem-solve: Implement recovery methods for addressing poor client experiences.

* Produce events and experiences for clients, influencers, and partners.

* Contribute to Studs social/content strategy.

**Requirements:**

* You have an ability to connect and interact easily with those around you.

* You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.

* You're responsible; you show up on time and ask questions when you're unclear.

* You have a good eye and great style; you love earscapping.

* Youre a problem-solver: you have a positive, can-do attitude!

* You have 2+ years of retail experience and you're ready to dive in!

* Passion for earrings, piercing, digital innovation, and community-building is a plus.
