Job Overview:
- Analyzing financial results and providing commentary for management
- Developing financial models
- Communicating information to support decision making to senior leadership as well as stakeholders
- Developing forecasts, strategic plans and annual plans
- Analyzing trends and variances
- KPI analysis
- Margin accretive product innovation analysis
- Ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPG industry experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Adaptable and flexible
- Detail oriented
