Our small team is seeking a full-time, talented full stack software engineer to perform software engineering work in a small and exciting DoD emerging technology and transformation project. To be an effective team member, you must be capable of working independently, when necessary, with strong communication skills, the ability to follow through, stay motivated, and collaborate with others to successfully complete all assignments.
Major Duties/Tasks:
- Develop prototypes for attribute-based access control systems.
- Integrate with relevant systems and standards including, but not limited to,
- Open Policy Agent, XACML, Keycloak, Active Directory, LDAP, and OpenTDF.
- Prototype intuitive browser-based user interfaces that enable users to quickly understand and use the ABAC paradigm of access management.
- Write documentation describing how the ABAC prototypes can be adapted
- and utilized by other CDAO programs.
Required Skills/Experience
**Active Secret Clearance
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and at preferably one more programming language (Java is a plus).
- Strong communications skills; you will be required to proactively engage fellow CDAO members both inside and outside of your team.
- Great technical writing skills.
- Prior experience implementing single sign-on, enterprise access management, and best practices in web security is preferred.
Required Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
