**Plumbing Technician**

**Job Responsibilities**
* Install and perform maintenance on plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments.
* Install, repair, and service water, gas, and sewer systems.
* Repair and replace damaged plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters.
* Document the cost of repairs and provide written estimates to customers prior to beginning work.
* Adhere to all plumbing codes, installation requirements, local regulations, and company protocols.
* Communicate professionally and show up to work maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
* Provide an exceptional customer service experience at every client interaction.
* Utilize protective equipment as needed.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician who can provide an exemplary service experience for our clients. Ideal candidates will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in plumbing with knowledge of installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting issues.
* Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Self-starting personality who can work as part of a team.
* Flexible scheduling availability (may include nights and weekends).
* Proficiency speaking, reading, and writing in English.
* Ability to perform physically demanding work.
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to work in extreme work environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in tight spaces.
* Proficiency with technical equipment and plumbing systems.
