Job Description:
The two telecommunications companies in the Sebastian portfolio provide varied services (Voice, Broadband, IT Support, AV Solutions, and Monitored Security Systems). This key position will report to the VP of Administrative Services. The Telecommunications General Manager leads the companys telecom business operations and telecom plant investment strategies. They will be responsible for general rate case analysis, filings, and oversee all state and federal compliance filings. Additional responsibilities include but arent limited to developing the overall strategy of the telecom companies, representing Sebastian in various trade organizations, and participating as a Cal Com board member.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
* Possess an extensive background in telecom operations, have a firm grasp of state and federal PUC procedures
* Highly organized and able to assess priorities and manage various activities.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and a true team attitude are a must-have.
* 7-10 years of experience and a Bachelors degree in a related field of study preferred.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements:
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
