May perform other duties as assigned.Operates basic grounds keeping equipment to maintain attractive, safe and groomed appearance.Utilizes basic equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers, weed trimmers, edger's.May operate small tractor.May assist in other maintenance/construction projects as needed.Decision MakingFollows standardized procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesThis is a partial listing of necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job successfully.
