Insurance Telemarketing Specialist

Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist.

You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make calls.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

What are the requirements?
  • Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport!
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
