Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Wraparound Facilitator Assistant. This role will provide the services and supports that empower families to be decision-makers and leaders in their treatment planning through activities with the family or child that teaches them skills.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Service Delivery
Implement and follow the 10 Principles of the Wraparound
Ensure the 4 phases of Wraparound are being followed, per definition and timeline
Provide transportation services as appropriate
Provide mentoring, skill building, youth coaching, tutoring and other activities as written in family plan
Attending all family team meetings as scheduled
Ensure the confidentiality of families served
Attend and participate in self-directed team meetings and activities
Communicate in a responsible, courteous and professional manner with youth, foster parents, biological families, outside agencies, referral sources, community stakeholders and others as appropriate
Provide family professional support services to include parenting skills, social development, adult life skills, and more
Program Support
Serve as a support system to the Wraparound Facilitators and others as appropriate
Ensure documentation is completed within five (4) days of service
Assist facilitators in areas related to wraparound clients as appropriate
Provide family support and services as written in family plan

Position Qualifications
21 years of age (in accordance with state regulations)
Bachelor's degree in a human-services related field
Minimum of 1 year experience working with families and/or children with emotional or behavioral problems
Valid driver's license
100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
Training and Travel willingness
Excellent organizational and technological skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
Must have the ability to identify issues and willingness to discuss with appropriate teammates
Must have the ability to enter timely and accurate data
Must have the ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlines
