Job Description

We are seeking a Junior level IT Support Technician for a 6-month contract role (with the option to extend further) in Nashville, TN. This role will be onsite/ in the office supporting tier 1 IT Support between 20- 37.5 hours per week (based on your schedule).

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of laptop and desktop computers and peripherals, iPhones, and iPads. This includes both software and hardware maintenance.
  • Provide desktop support and excellent customer service to approximately 150 employees and contractors.
  • Exhibit attention to detail when troubleshooting technical issues, when creating documentation, and following through on providing solutions.
  • Set up IT equipment in office spaces.
  • Assist in performing the periodic inventory of all the agency's tagged equipment.
  • Assist employees in using conference room technology and setting up Webex or Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Assist in performing web updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).


Qualifications
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, Windows 10, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Related certifications, such as CompTIA, are helpful but not required for this position.
  • Requires a minimum of 1year of current experience in this job class with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

This 6-month role will be onsite/in the office in Nashville, TN, and can work between 20 -37.5 hours per week based on your schedule.
