Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, Zoom Info and other internal CRM s Including phone calls to Steak holder, email outreach, and social media. Social media including but not limited to HubSpot marketing and LinkedIn touches.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up.

Initiate contact with leads and prospects to introduce our products/services and identify their needs.

Schedule meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

This is an In Office Position

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales / Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Familiarity with Hospitality and Retail Channel management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience using CRM software (e.g., NetSuite s, HubSpot, linkedin and Zoom info.) is a plus.
