We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to work in our Procurement Operations Department, supporting both Procurement Operations and Global Sourcing as a contract worker. This role will be pivotal in orchestrating and executing procurement-related projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency improvements within the department. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead team(s) in planning, execution, and successful completion of procurement-related projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within procurement operations, suggest best practices, and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, finance, accounting, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment of procurement strategies and objectives. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Evaluate potential risks in proposed/active projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing disruptions. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions, track progress, and identify areas for improvement within projects. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, implementing governance frameworks to maintain compliance.Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in procurement operations, with a proven track record in project management and process optimization. Strong understanding of procurement principles and operations. Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, including P2P, ERP, CLM, and associated software; certification in relevant tools is advantageous. Experience with project management tools such as Atlasian s Jira Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
