Maintenance Manager


Job Details

An automotive manufacturing plant located in Sterling Heights is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager. This position reports to the General Manager.



The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery are used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are met. Manage the team on technical best practices and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department. Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices, and processes

Role and Responsibilitie

  • e.Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried ou
  • t.Manage the introduction of new machinery and equipment and disposal of obsolete machinery and equipmen
