We are seeking a skilled industrial boiler technician with 4 - 10 years + experience with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and repair commercial oil and gas boilers, hot water and steam heating equipment. Must be able to handle the day-to-day preventive maintenance and daily field-testing parameters. Looking for someone who is capable to communicating effectively with management and accurately document all job specific troubleshooting and repairs and maintenance. Looking to establish a preventive maintenance program and inspection program utilizing the company CMMS system (Computer Maintenance Management System). Must be willing to respond for emergency on-call services.
Qualifications:
Education: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), Vocational School training is helpful but not required.
Experience: 4 - 10+ Years of related experience evaluating, troubleshooting and repairing commercial oil and gas boilers, hot water and steam heating equipment.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of basic computer skills. The ability to operate a computer controlled monitoring system. Ability to utilize an Apple iPad for the Limble CMMS System.
Certifications & Licenses required: RI-PJF or MA oil burner license with the ability to obtain a RI license.
Must have a strong working knowledge of commercial heating systems including steam, hot water and controls, pumps, piping, associated controls and electrical circuits.
This is a full time Monday - Friday + OT
Hours - 6:30am - 3pm
