Overview:

  • Develop market studies to support the strategy and growth of the organization
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and actions
  • Handle internal and external sales
  • Perform customer service when needed
  • Seek new customers and follow new leads
  • Indicate customers for credit analysis
  • Support the customers through collection process
  • Develop detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Manage sales team individual performance and assign territories for team members
  • Assess sales and improve sales processes and procedures
  • Foster a competitive and collaborative team environment


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside/outside B2B sales experience
  • Previous sales experience in commercial hard-surfaces or related industry
  • Ideally, contacts and experience working with fabricators and contractors
