Employment Solutions is partnering with a large, global company to hire a Field Service Technician to work onsite in Madison WI. This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

Pay Rate: $25 per hour- based on experience the pay is negotiable.
Job Duties:
Proactively monitor, schedule and perform preventative maintenance and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
Trouble-shoot customer reported problems.
Perform equipment upgrades and new installations
Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customers are contacted within the established guidelines, and incidents are closed in a quality manner.
Must Haves:
Minimum 1 year of experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment
Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (will you need or without accommodation?)
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and/or different shifts as needed
Experience working in business machine repair, Printer, Inserter, Sorter service, with Tecnau equipment or the automotive repair industry a plus.
