Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning & support for SAP changes, implementations, upgrades as required.
- Analyze and evaluation of SAP business processes and business requirements, Design of SAP business processes in collaboration with the functional departments
- Coordinate with Central IT & SAP team for understanding new initiatives in SAP and drive the implementation of the same at site.
- Coordinate with 3PL for regular business transactions including product shipments, logistics & sales related activities.
- Liaise with Corporate IT/BRM team and Business to identify areas of improvement and initiate necessary actions for business process improvement
- Onsite support for all functions based out of US for different activities, e. g. user assistance, training, diagnose, implementation, testing, troubleshooting etc.,
- Good functional and hands - on knowledge of standard SAP MM, SD & FI processes and relevant SAP configurations.
- Act as a Single point of contact for SAP related queries across all functions based out of US.
Work Experience:
- Total No. of years: 8-13 years, with minimum 6+ years experience in SAP SD & MM implementation/support in an end user organization.
- Experience in the implementation/support in large/Pharma organizations primarily based out of US is a prerequisite.
- Global ERP Implementation experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a big plus

- Service oriented and support the business team as and when required.
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
