Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our Collections team as a full time Collection Representative.

This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
For our Collection Representative role, we are looking for someone to help us preserve Legacy's assets by controlling delinquent loan accounts, overdrawn checking accounts and/or past due credit card accounts.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail, takes appropriate action to bring current.
* Maintains accurate documentation and reports on all collections activity.
* Assists with courtesy pay calls.
Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: High school education or GED
