**Location:** Caribe Royale, Orlando, FL
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional guest service at all times
* Support associates as necessary throughout the shift
* Assist in the training of new associates
* Assist with the scheduling of associates in accordance with business needs
* Ensure all areas are clean and stocked at the end of shift
* Oversee all F&B outlets to ensure staffing levels are adequate for the shift
* Motivate F&B associates utilizing superb leadership skills
**Job Qualifications:**
* Previous supervisor experience required
* Previous Restaurant/Food & Beverage experience required
* Must be comfortable managing guest issues/concerns
* Must be comfortable inspiring/leading a team
* Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Strong communication skills

**Hourly Rate: $16**
