Seeking a Business Analyst to work as an integral member of a lean and highly impactful group that is part of a large international financial institution. This front-office team is responsible for driving technology transformation in support of business growth strategy, and the BA with the right skills and drive will have an opportunity to play a critical role.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive delivery of key initiatives through disciplined and effective business analysis, data analysis, testing, and change management; projects that may include CM, strategic data repository, data controls model, and business intelligence tools.
- Requirements analysis responsibilities include requirements gathering and documentation, process analysis and documentation (process flow diagrams), development of user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs), mock-ups of screens.
- Perform analysis of business requirements and data elements in support of regular and ad hoc management reporting.
- Conduct Business Process Mapping.
- Work with the front office to define and document business requirements.
- Data analysis responsibilities include business / financial analysis, reconciliations, and monitoring as well as the establishment of data processes and controls that promote data integrity.
