Report to: Department Lead and/or Supervisor Class 6 Rate - $14.40, $14.65, $14.90 +($1.50 Shift Differential)
****Job Description****
*The Jack Driver is responsible for moving products in and out of the coolers/freezers and to different areas in the plant with an electric/manual jack.*
****Essential Duties & Responsibilities****
* Ability to read and understand English and can identify items on paperwork
* Can communicate verbally with supervisors and associates.
* Must have the ability to be trained to use an electric jack safely.
* Must have the ability to work overtime as needed.
* Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded & transported to the necessary area.
* Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
* Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment: Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
* Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.
* Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
****Additional Duties and Responsibilities****
* Constant walking throughout the plant picking and delivering products.
* Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
* Work in a damp and cold environment
* Bending, standing

* Other job duties as needed or assigned by Supervisor
