**Catering Manager**

Title Catering Manager Location Kenilworth Castle, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1NE Salary from 25,475 per annum, depending on experience / 36 hours per week / permanent Job type Permanent Ref 13597 our team at Kenilworth Castle. We're looking for an exceptional Catering Manager. This role brings unique challenges and opportunities for success and no two days are the same!

Driving an increased financial contribution to the charity and improved visitor experience through catering activities at Kenilworth Castle, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all in-house catering operations. Providing on-site catering expertise, leadership and coaching for the catering team, you will set and monitor catering standards in line with national standards to deliver superlative service, maximising profitability and ensuring consistency and efficiency. You will deliver an outstanding eating experience for all visitors whilst identifying and maximising opportunities to generate income and control costs.

You will have proven experience of successfully managing a high volume catering operation in either the heritage or visitor attraction sectors or similar. We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic who is as equally at home behind a till as when presenting to Directors. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships at all levels and inspire a team to produce impressive commercial results through an excellent visitor experience.
