Reflective Therapy Center is a clinic based in Troy, MI that provides support, guidance, and care to individuals working towards their goals. Our therapists specialize in EMDR, working with children, and trauma. We provide in-person and virtual services to offer the best convenience for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Licensed Professional Counselor. The LPC will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with clients in-person at our Troy location as well as virtually from their home office. The role also includes maintaining accurate client records, developing treatment plans, and communicating with a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan
• Experience in providing individual and family therapy sessions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and training in evidenced-based treatment modalities, such as EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
• Experience working with children and trauma survivors is preferred
• Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms for conducting therapy sessions
